Are we Measuring the Wrong Data?

Everybody I know who is not getting the result that they want in weight loss has a fundamental misunderstanding of what to measure.

They think that their weight is the metric.

But they would be better off measuring the quality of their stool, how they feel after eating the foods they eat, the ratio of fresh food to cooked, movement, and the amount of energy and vibrancy they have throughout the day. If those are optimised then a healthy weight would be a by-product.

Any health professional could tell you this or at least understands this on a fundamental level, if they are healthy themselves. But there are blind spots and dogma held in place by poor habits creating a vicious circle.

Change the habit or change the dogma either one will start to affect the other. And sometimes all it takes is just measuring the correct data.
