Uber healthy meal in a Whole Foods 20

There are many relatively good options at Whole Foods for lunch but the food feature of the day is an interesting one: Sardines in olive oil over sauerkraut and arugula, avocado, topped with ghost pepper blueberry hot sauce Gluten freh… Sugar freh… Basically carb freh… Allergen freh… Packed full of probiotics and nutrients it’s quick fun lunch easy to prep after buying the ingredients It’s so good, I apologize for not taking the pic when I first made it but it was too good You’ll feel awesome after eating this and have energy to spare throughout the day! And don’t let the sardines wierd you out it’s Halloween after all 5
