Noise or Priority

There are so many things pulling for attention.

A lot of the things that you do well will not impact your life in a significant way.

While the things you don’t do well and have a little impact and almost seem like a waste of time could have a lot of long term impact, but in an exponential way starting small and influencing your world in an ever growing way. Like investments.

The hard part is cutting through the noise and identifying what’s going to be worth your time. And doing it.

I found it helps to align what you would be willing to do anyways with things that have a potential for long term growth. And capture the benefit now and the ever growing Benifits from the action itself.

Here’s a pic from my American bike tour of the countryside of northeast Tennessee because this trip was something I wanted to do and thought may have positive long term impact on my life.
